A graduate of the Maritime University of Szczecin at the navigation faculty, and also a graduate of the first MBA at the West Pomeranian Business School in Szczecin. Associated with the ports of Szczecin-Świnoujście for 30 years. Initially, he worked as a sailor and merchant fleet officer, then as a forwarder in the port of Szczecin, for the Belgian companies Fast Terminals and Fast Baltic. In the years 1999-2015 he was the founder and head of the Belgian Magemar Polska Sp. z o. o. and since 2005 – the Chinese Dongemar in Xiamen. A long-time member of the Port of Szczecin Stakeholders Council, also a chairman of the Council. Since 2007, he has been appointed by King Albert II of the Belgians as a foreign trade advisor to the Belgian ambassador in Poland, and since 2013 – as an economic diplomacy advisor. In 2017, appointed by the Marshal of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship as the plenipotentiary for maritime economy and inland navigation.
Currently – the plenipotentiary for ports development at the Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports Authority.
